Washbox is a modern laundry service available via mobile app. It’s easy, fast, convenient and affordable.

There are two options to hand over your order:

  1. Locker Drop-Off. Pick a locker and submit your order through the app, mentioning the locker number.

To get started, download our mobile app. Choose one for your phone: Android/iOS. After registering, follow these steps:

  • Select the locker that’s most convenient for you.
  • Fill out the necessary information and follow the prompts provided in the app.
  • Drop off your laundry in the selected locker.
  • Complete your payment using the app after receiving the invoice (it will list your laundry items).
  • After 48 hours, your freshly cleaned laundry will be ready! You can pick it up from a Washbox locker.
  1. Courier Service. Request a courier via mobile app or by calling us at +371 23 203 733.
  • Hand over your laundry to the courier;
  • Enjoy your time, while we’re taking care of your laundry;

No need for a special note. Simply place your clothes in a bag and drop it off in our laundry lockers or hand them over to our courier.

At Washbox, we have our own dry cleaning facilities. Your garments will receive top-quality cleaning, using methods tailored to the manufacturer’s specifications.

No worries, go ahead and use as many available lockers as you need. Each locker has to be ordered separately. The price is not going to change, as it depends on the number of clothes.

Yes, we iron all clothes, except if they’re unsuitable for ironing.

No, each order is washed separately, ensuring that your clothes are not mixed with others.

Please provide details in the “Special notes” section while you are placing the order. We always follow the manufacturer’s specifications. If no instructions are available, our team relies on their professional expertise.

While it’s best to check your pockets before sending your items, if you happen to forget, we’ll place your items in a bag and return them to you along with your clothes.

If you discover that some of your clothes are missing, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your order ID and a description of the missing items. We will promptly get in touch with you to resolve the situation.

To cancel, please send us an email to [email protected]. Kindly note that cancellations are only possible before your clothes undergo the washing process.

Payments are done through our mobile app. Once we receive your clothes, we count the items, calculate the total price, and send the receipt via app. The order will be processed once we receive the payment.

Receipts will be sent to your email, and you can also access them in the Washbox app under the “My Orders” section.

Washbox laundry lockers are open 24/7, while the courier service operates from 10 AM to 2 PM and from 7 PM to 10 PM.

Sure! For courier services, you can change a delivery address during checkout in the app. However, if you need to alter the pickup location for the laundry locker, please call us at: +371 23 203 733.

The courier is authorized to hand over the clean laundry only to the person who placed the order. If you wish for someone else to collect your order, please contact us by calling +371 23 203 733.

The order must total at least 25€ for the courier service to be complimentary. Otherwise the fee is 5€.

If you choose courier service, you will receive SMS with the delivery address and time slot. If you’re using the laundry locker service, you will also receive SMS with the assigned locker number and a locker PIN to open it.
